RestEngine - Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is to inform customers how RestEngine uses and protects their personal information.

SCOPE
This Privacy Policy describes how RestEngine handles its users' personal information for the RestEngine Managed Email services.

MARKETING
RestEngine does not sell or rent a user's personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. RestEngine may combine a user's information with information collected from other companies (such as demographic data) to improve and personalize its services. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from RestEngine, indicate your preference following the directions you receive in the unwanted e-mail. OUR DISCLOSURE OF USER INFORMATION
RestEngine may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.

NO SPAM, SPYWARE OR SPOOFING
Neither RestEngine nor its Customers will tolerate spam. Make sure to set your RestEngine notification preferences so we communicate with you as you prefer. To report RestEngine related spam or spoof emails to RestEngine, please forward the email to info@RestEngine.com. Users may not use RestEngine's communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our Master Service Agreement. RestEngine filters and automatically scans messages before they are sent for viruses and other illegal or prohibited content. RestEngine does not rent or sell email addresses..

SECURITY
All user information is stored on RestEngine's servers located in the United States. RestEngine treats all data as an asset that must be protected and uses numerous tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect customer information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse personal information that they collect from the Sites. Therefore, although RestEngine works hard to protect its user's privacy, it does not promise, and users should not expect, that their personal information or private communications will always remain private.

THIRD PARTIES
Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information collected from RestEngine customers. If you disclose your user information to others, whether they are bidders, buyers, or sellers, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. Since RestEngine does not control the privacy policies of third parties, you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. RestEngine encourages all customers to ask questions before they disclose user information to others.

GENERAL
RestEngine may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms automatically take effect thirty (30) days after they are initially posted on the Site. In addition, RestEngine will notify its users in accordance with your notification preferences.
